What Is Your Return Policy?

Congratulations on taking your first step toward reduced under eye bags and wrinkle free skin! If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you may be entitled to a refund. To obtain a refund, please visit the Login Portal where you will log in to your account, view your purchases, and then select the order you wish to return. Your order must be sent back to us within 30 days of your original purchase date. On your first order, we will refund you the initial cost of shipping, full product cost, and return shipping fee. The 30 Day Money Back Guarantee applies to the first order only. All remaining orders will follow our standard refund policy.

In order for us to process your refund without delay, please adhere to the following instructions:

  • After placing your order, a login username and password was sent to the email you used at check out. Please use those login credentials to access your account.
  • Once you login to your account, click on the Orders icon.
  • Navigate to your concerned Order.
  • Under Actions, Select the order you wish a refund for and click Return.
  • If it hasn’t been more than 30 days since the purchase, you can select the Refund Option, enter your name, email address, order ID, and reasons for return. We only accept returns sent to us within 30 days after your purchase date.
  • Please provide your order number inside the return package.
  • All return packages must be shipped with a proof of postage. We are not able to process refunds if proof of postage is not provided. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way.
  • The items must be sent back to us in original condition with packaging.
  • We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, you may not be entitled to refund. All goods will be inspected on return.

Will you refund the cost of shipping if I return my order?

Yes, at Beverly Hills Global we aim to please. On your first order, you will be refunded the initial cost of shipping, product cost, and the return shipping. Buying and trying skincare has never been so easy!

Following your first order, all future returns will follow a standard refund policy. You will be refunded product cost less shipping and processing fees.

Can I exchange an item?

Beverly Hills Global does not exchange products. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return your purchase for refund and place a new order.

I received a wrong item. Can I obtain a free refund?

If you received a wrong item, we will collect your order free of charge. We will also cover the cost of shipping of the replacement item.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed. All refunds will be provided via the original method of payment.
